“The location was good, and the overall stay was okay; however, I would like to highlight inconveniences. The bunk bed size was not suitable for my tall kid, and it was hard for them to climb up. The water pressure was low for the shower.”

“blinds has big gap, can easily see through from exterior. Chalet didn't have much sound proofing, can be a bit noisy. Great unit, good to know in advance where each chalet type is located, was a bit disappointed to find out that it's not near the beach. The unit itself is great, big living area, sufficient utilities in the kitchen. Water pressure is good, and the bathroom is big. Balcony is great. Comes with parking space for 1 car, closed to the unit. Easy walk to nearby shops and……

“Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. ”

“Accommodation and staff are great. Second stay within 6 months. The only down side is the push to watch a presentation for some sort of sales pitch. I gave advanced notice I was not interested to attend on the phone prior to check-in and was still pushed to attend at check-in. It ends up making the check-in process awkward - even worse after a long travel to get to the accommodation with tired children. Please improve this process.”

“Walk to lake, shops and club. Really clean and has a great BBQ area. Beware if booking with Expedia as the price quoted is not the price charged. Expedia shows the price in another countries currency but does not advise you if this, so when they charge you they convert to Australian dollars and the price increased by $226.00”
