I have stayed here multiple times. The front desk was not friendly. She checked us in early, however, it seemed like we were putting her out. No smile Not friendly so a bit disappointing.
Our checkout girl was warm, friendly and very kind. I understand when you arrive early you can’t always have a room. It would have been fine had that been the case. I have done this job, I know it can be challenging. I have other options to stay in the Windsor area. I probably will look elsewhere next visit.

This was a very convenient option for us, as we made our reservation late and arrived late. Staff was very accomodating and hotel was nice.

We had to book this last minute as our air bnb was not up to cleanliness standards.
While the outside is not much to look at, the inside is updated and clean! Room was clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms, floors and a comfortable large bed.
Didn’t use the indoor pool and hot tub due to time constraints, but we did look at it and it looked very clean and welcoming
Would recommend this hotel to others

The staff here were fantastic and very accommodating for all of our requests.
The hotel itself is located in a somewhat rougher area of Saint John, but it is close to the highway and not far from the downtown core.
The continental breakfast was on point, and the press-button pancakes were a big hit with our crew.
The guest laundry option was also wonderful as we stayed for over a week, so we used the washer and dryer on the second floor a couple of times.
Overall, a lovely experience!
