Very bizarre bnb. We stayed 4 nights. The first full day, we were gone all day and they never cleaned the room. Once I let them know around 5pm, they took care of it. Then the next day, they forgot again! (There are only like 3-4 rooms). The lady got snippy with me and said per the (3 page document -and the BACK of one they have in the room) WE are supposed to request daily cleaning, even though they advertise that they provide daily cleaning. In other words, if YOU don't ACTIVELY ask for it with your card on the door handle, they don't clean. The back yard needed a lot of TLC. The super raised bathub/shower seems like a serious liability as you literally need to step like 3 feet up and over to get in it. Same when getting out. Shower curtains draped the entire bathtub/shower as water goes everywhere and can easily leak downstairs. Again, very strange. I understand it is an old house, so we should expect that, but seemed dangerous. On the positive side, it was a cool old house and they did keep snacks and breakfast stuff readily available. The manager did try to be nice, but I really didn't appreciate her snippy attitude regarding the non cleaning of our room 2 days in a row. And it was NOT cheap.

Great parking and great location for proximity to the airport and easy access to freeway and downtown Missoula. Good for pets with good grassy areas around property. Staff wasn't very helpful. Room was clean, but pillows were just bad. Good for a 1 or 2 night stay.
