"This hotel was so clean and new! The room layout was new and felt spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the pull out couch being a trundle bed was new and much more comfortable for my kids than your typical couch bed. The breakfast was terrific! So much good food and options. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The parking was ample, even for a large moving truck. The only downside was that the housekeeping team walked in our room TWICE. Once at about 9:30, and once at 10:30. Check out wasn’t until 12 so I’m not sure why they were so eager and why they weren’t checking from a list of who had actually checked out. I was in the shower the first time so that was a little awkward to hear. Other than that, great stay and we would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"When booking a budget hotel for a quick overnight we weren't expecting much but this hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in we asked for a first floor room with an outside door and the staff was more than happy to accommodate. The room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities and the breakfast was ample and satisfying. Be sure to check out Kinkaiders Brewery for a beer and a meal while in town."

"Spent 3 nights at this property. For an older hotel it was very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is great. Lots of activities for the kids…pool, cornhole, ping pong, pool and mini golf. Will stay here again"

"The Comfort Suite was very clean, comfortable, and friendly! I don’t like to travel because I never think the rooms are clean, but from the moment I walked in the doors I was impressed with the smell of clean fresh air. There is no smoking allowed in the hotel and I have asthma so I really appreciated their clean air policy. I will stay here again because of how well it is maintained and the cleanliness of the hotel, in fact it felt like home because I felt safe and their was lots of lighting in the parking lot and the lobby. "I wasn't expecting to find a place like the Arrow Hotel in a small town like Broken Bow, but man, was I impressed. This place has character—like, actual history and charm, not that fake old-timey stuff slapped together with barnwood wallpaper. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had a vintage style that felt more classy than kitschy. The bed was super comfortable, and everything worked like it was supposed to. Wi-Fi? Solid. Water pressure? Excellent. Sleep? Uninterrupted. The attached restaurant and bar were way better than I expected. The food was legit tasty (you gotta try the prime rib if it’s on special), and the atmosphere made it feel like a local favorite, not just a hotel afterthought. But the best part? The staff. Friendly without being fake, helpful without hovering, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they give a damn about the place and the people staying there. If you're passing through, visiting family, or just exploring the lesser-known parts of Nebraska, the Arrow Hotel is 100% worth the stop. It’s a perfect mix of old-school charm and modern comfort. I'd stay again in a heartbeat."
