Firstly, the hotel did not have a proper parking lot, which made it extremely difficult for us to park our car. In addition, the property was not a typical hotel, but more of a go-kart facility with only three or four rooms available for guests. This was misleading and not made clear prior to booking. The room itself was very disappointing. The bedsheets and pillowcases were visibly unclean and, to our shock, had what appeared to be blood stains. Despite your website stating that breakfast would be provided, there was no breakfast available during our stay. Our room was located directly in front of the go-kart area, which created constant loud noise from visitors using the facility. To make matters worse, there was also a restaurant next to the room playing very loud music, making it difficult to rest or relax. Overall, this was not the experience we were promised, and I am extremely unhappy with the stay.
