Nice place to stay

Excellent time on Put In Bay. This hotel was nice - no frills but the rooms are sound proof which helps with all the fun people are having at the pool and on the streets.

This is the 3rd time ive stayed at this hotel, and it definitely wont be the last. Its the perfect location to everything and the pool on the weekends is so much fun! Pool is 21 and over so dont plan to take kids there. But for adults, i would recommend all day!

The location was great , the timing of the year late October and it is the end of the season for the island. However for a $200+ a night for the room, I should have been notified that there would be no breakfast which is included in stay, no coffee makers in the room- The cleanliness of the room was not good , there was a water bottle cap mixed in the blankts on the bed. Comfort - the towles were rough snd small the beds are firm. The staff was friendly and it was a quick check in.

Go-to place to stay at The Bay!

Conference Center is our go-to place to stay when visiting the Bay. We visit 3-4 times a summer. The service is always consistent. Rooms and facilities are clean. Price is reasonable.

I’ve stated this hotel at least 10 times because I love the fact that it’s near a pool and a hot tub and they serve a continental breakfast during the week. Plus the employees are very friendly. The cons are they don’t serve breakfast on the weekends and that’s not indicated on the website, and the pillows were. HORRIBLE, every time I go I always forget to bring my pillow, and I always regret it instantly. Lol

Hotel room was not luxurious but was nice. It was clean, but a little worn in places, which is to be expected from a party destination. Furniture was average, amenities were fairly basic. It was kind they gave us a place to park the golf cart we had rented somewhere other than the hotel (they were all rented out). We only stayed a couple nights so there wasn't much we needed while there. They didn't clean our rooms during our stay, but I think a lot of hotels do that now for eco reasons.

Front staff very helpful. Most items in the room didn't work properly or were broken completely. Smelled like a vape shop and exceedingly noisy, especially above room. Outdated party central establishment.

I paid more than $200 per night, and this stay was absolutely not worth it. The hotel website claimed to offer breakfast and a pool, but neither was available. I even paid extra for a “view,” but all we could see from our window were the rooftops of nearby houses. When we arrived, the bed even had two mosquitoes lying right on the pillow — completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. The hallways were full of spider webs and more mosquitoes, and the employees were not friendly or helpful. Overall, the place was poorly maintained and far below expectations. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone.

So everything looked Ok but one TV isn’t working at all, and we are next to a maintenance room that had a hight pitched whistle sound coming from there. They said maintenance would go check it out and the second night there it was again. The staff and people working here are excellent, but for the price I’d try somewhere else next time.
