The rooms appeared surface clean but cobwebs behind bedside tables and in corners etc. The hallways/common area carpets were in desperate need of a vacuum. Without any problems. And the man at the desk said that are room was not ready but he said that he would call us when it was ready. And he called 10 mins later and said that it was ready. And he was supper nice. But this trip wasn't so good. Bathtub was dirty, had to buy a wrench to fix the shower head cause it was leaking. Wifi was non existent in our room and 2 different front desk clerks had messaged the manager about the situation but never was resolved. All trash cans around the facility was full most of the time. Had to buy own toilet paper cause we only had 1.5 rolls of paper. Most employees were at the owners other hotel next door to shut it down. Wallpaper coming away from bathroom wall especially around electrical outlet. It was completely pulled away. Bottom of bathroom door coming apart.
