The space
This is a spacious studio in front of the beach. Good location. 1 bedroom with a kitchenette space, a bar, 1 sofa, 1 closet, 1 bathroom. This is a great solution for people that wants to come stay in Anguilla.
Guest access
The front till the coconut tree is part of our property. So feel free to use this space as you want. Knowing it might have other guests in other studios too. The rest of the beach is free access for everyone.
Other things to note
Arriving in Anguilla, if the immigration ask where is located the studio, just tell them that you are going by : Evelyne Ratchel in Sandyground next to Dolce Vita “Iris Residence” Evelyne is my mother name and giving a name will dissipate any confusion and makes it easier for the check in.

Lovely location
Sully was super with his communication, he replied quickly with answers to our questions. The accommodation is clean and is exactly as described. We loved sitting on the beach in front of our unit. Quite and peaceful, but also lots of restuarant s within a few minutes walk on the beach.
