I booked a room but when I went to check in they have over booked and I did not have a room available. I had to scramble to find a room at 10pm

Staff wouldnt provide toilet paper said i needed to supply my own ended up kicking me out because staff didnt like my tone about wanting toilet paper and questioning them about the fact there a hotel how can you not supply toilet paper. Also refused to refund my money back for the days i didnt stay n kept my 100$ cash deposit

Our goal is your satisfaction. This is surprising, because your deposit was refunded as and when due, and toiletries supplied as in the motel policy. We go extra miles to ensure our guests are happy and comfortable.

Booking photos of the property are extremely misleading. The lobby is cluttered, full of junk, poorly lit and only maintained during checking and checkout. Because the property is only run by one person you must call Carmen when we arrived and waited 30 minutes to start checking in and because they do not utilize technology, it took an additional 30 minutes to complete checking in. Because of all of the clutter and disorganization we were seeing, we asked if we could see the room before we completed checking. Carmen explained the room is kept very clean and that it wouldn’t matter, because we would be charged for the room anyways. Carmen did stop to show us the room. It did look very clean with newer furniture, but the bathroom looked liked worn out and in need of major upgrades. Since the room was clean, we were going to be charged for the room anyways and were only staying one night, we reluctantly agreed to stay. Additionally, the motel requested that we pay the $100 deposit in cash, so it would be easier to return. When we returned back to the room that night we realized that the only heat came from a space heater, a towel had a nasty stain, the bed’s blanket was paper thin, the pillows were so thin that it felt like no pillow and laying on the bed was so noisy because the mattress was still wrapped in the shipping plastic cover. We weren’t able to get a restful sleep due to feeling cold, the noisy space heater and the sound of mattresses’ shipping plastic making noise.

Sorry to hear this. We have been undergoing upgrading. Our furniture, inclusive of mattresses,etc are still brand new in all rooms and apartments. We require deposit to ensure good usage of the motel facilities, and deposits are promptly refunded on check out. We do our best for your satisfaction, which is our goal, and it is guaranteed.

It was clean but old and run down . I had the toilet overflow so they gave me a different room . They were very friendly and the location was a10$ Uber ride to downtown Sanford . It’s not the greatest but it was cheap and clean . Location was good across the street are a few bars with in walking

The prics attracked me to the hotel. Booked a room thinking I could check in after a late night flight. The office was closed and no one would come to the door. So I was out the cost of the room, as they would not refun it.

This place was not what I expected from advertised website. The bed had a new bed plastic covering and a sheet over it. I was slipping of the bed. The facilitator brought in a futon bed that was hard in the middle, not possible to sleep. The facilitator asked if I wanted a sheet as if they shouldn't offer it. No shampoo just a bar soap. Tv was new but not setup to use. The shower was dark no lighting and the shower floor had sharp plaster that I had to push down the drain. Oh and the ac was so loud that I could not hear the tv. If I could give less then one star I would.
