Wir waren allerdings die einzigen 2 Gäste - und das an einem Wochenende mit bestem Ausflugswetter. Positiv sind die Ruhe und der freundliche Herr bei dem wir ein- und ausgecheckt haben und der uns das Frühstück serviert hat. "The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know. I tried to use a translator app but he didn't want to use it..instead he asked the guests behind us to translate. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. It was a shocking experience for us. We have never experience such an inappropriate interaction before. It left a bad impression for us. This is not the best hotel to visit if you don't speak German or want friendlier service. "
