Lovely cottage located in Cap Negret only 2min from Cala Graciò and Gracioneta beaches. This villa of approx 120m2 is situated on a fenced plot of 3,000m2 of land with impecable sea views, you couldnt get any closer to the sea even if you wanted to, situated on a cliff edge close to the famous Hostal La Torre.

Twin bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190cm, AC, small fitted wardrobe.

On the upper level there is:

Double bedroom with bed of 200x200cm, AC, small wardrobe, en-suite with bath. (via external entrance only from downstairs terrace)
Laundry room is located by the side of the external staircase housing washer.
Natural pine clad garden with plenty of secluded places to hang a hammock and relax in the shade. Outdoor dining table with gas BBQ Hotplate and wash basin. Free form infinity pool with spectacular views to the sea. Front terrace also has another outside dining table with views to die for.
