Very so so, the staff didn't have the room that I book for the first night and saying hotel.com didn't send the booking information early that they only receive the booking before I check-in 24 hours... Front desk is good; housekeeping is disappointing
Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out. Sea view room is very cool too.
