Private: well-kept garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, orchard, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.6 km, bus stop 1.6 km, sandy beach "Moriani Plage" 1 km. Please note: car recommended.
"La Cerisaie", 5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 pull-out bed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the veranda, to the swimming pool. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table, open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: lounge with satellite TV and DVD. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace partly roofed, small terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), box-room. View of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
