There’s no supplies in the room. The sheets are dirty/stained. The counters are dusty. The staff could use some service & hospitality training!!! Food is good and the view is great!

"For the price, this is the best spot around Tacloban. Great hotel in a prime location right next to the mall. Staff was great. Only complaint is the AC would not work good enough to keep my room cool to my comfort. But, it was decent enough considering I was there in August."
