  • Beach House 30A #1 is the lower floor of the lovely three-story gulf front home, Beach House 30A. This beach vacation getaway has its own private entrance and access to the beach, as well as its own private deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Beach House 30A #1 can be rented as a four-bedroom / four bath unit alone, or in combination with Beach House 30A #2 and #3 to make a ten-bedroom / ten bath vacation home. Either way, Beach House 30A #1 offers its guests a wonderful gulf front vacation on beautiful Dune Allen Beach.

    *Additional $200 non-refundable pet fee

    *7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) required during spring break and summer
    *4 night minimum all other dates
