"Come Sail Away" is a fitting name for this brand new 3BR-2.5BA beach house at Highland Parks in Blue Mountain Beach! Located within a short walking distance to the tropical lagoon style pool, this home is situated in the heart of Highland Parks. A six passenger GOLF CART is included with the rental.

Highlands Parks is a newly developed beach community located on 30a at Blue Mountain Beach and offers a spectacular swimming pool complex with a dramatic waterfall and hot tub, directly across from the home (seasonally heated). Amenities of the community include an observation tower, a gas fire pit, a pavilion with barbeque grills and a snack bar. Highland Parks borders Point Washington State Park with its serene walking trails and coastal wildlife. BEACH ACCESS is less than a mile away, so drive the golf cart straight to the beautiful sugar white beach and soak up the sun!

Our home is beautifully designed in warm coastal style with an open floor plan for easy flow. The living area is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa and a 65" HDTV. The stylish gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island with breakfast bar. For your convenience, there is a full washer and dryer, and wifi is complimentary. Only 2 cars can be parked at the home and no street parking is allowed.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Perfect vacation spot
We loved our stay in Highland Park and this rental was just as described. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, back patio was great for a few steps to the hot tub ( in Feb. as pool wasn't heated yet). The layout of the home is great although be sure to note there are no bedrooms on the main floor. Loved spending time on both balconies and patio too . The one thing that could use improvement is it wasn't as clean as it should be, including bedding and some furnishings. But it was addressed and handled quickly. Overall we would love to spend time here again.

Fantastic Neighborhood, Amazing Pool
This home is in an absolutely wonderful little neighborhood in between Blue Mountain Beach and Santa Rosa Beach. The community pool is incredible. Our kids loved it so much, and we often grilled our dinner and ate in the seating area connected to the pool. The house itself is nice. The backyard connects to the path to the pool, but during our time there it almost seemed like it was under construction. There were orange cones and the walk way was full of weeds. We had to trim one of the branches back on a tree that obstructed the path. When we arrived on day one, the air conditioning wasn't working, but they had a utilities man out to fix it within just a few hours. The first night was a bit warm, but everything was great after that. It's also worth noting that the house does not include anything at all. I believe the listing is accurate, but don't expect to find hand soap, beach towels, or even extra trash bags. It's sparse. However, overall we loved our vacation. The beach is awesome, the water is clear, and the provided golf cart meant we almost never drove our car, and didn't have to worry about sand. The beach is a short drive and easy to find, with just enough parking to avoid stress. The town is low key and very relaxed. Make sure you visit Blue Mabel, an excellent little restaurant nearby.

Perfect Location
We absolutely loved the location and convenience of this house. We loved that it came with a golf cart, and the pool was basically in your backyard which was great for going back and forth. The only disadvantage is that it doesn’t supply you with beach amenities, or beach towels. So coming from far way and having to bring own beach towels was a bummer. We also were there for 10 days so having to supply EVERYTHING like basic essentials was a waste of a lot of money that we couldn’t bring back with us, but nothing that wasn’t manageable, just inconvenient.

Questioned if floors had been adequately scrubbed. Our five year is led took his shoes off when we got there. Hadn’t been outside or at the beach and bottom of his feet were black. Only question I had on cleanliness. Would be nice to have adequate dish soap and dishwasher detergent for our stay. When you fly you can’t bring many household needs. Seems a small price to treat guests well. Otherwise bed was really good 😊 in second bedroom. Master was great too.

Great environment/location
This property was great! Loved having access to a golf cart to get to and from the beach. Being that we were a larger group, it would have been nice to have more towels and pillows. The only negative thing that occurred was upon arrival, we did see ants on the counter tops. Overall, I was happy with this rental.
