Really love this hotel, modern, clean and close to everything. The room is very big and everything is very clean and up to date. It’s not typical hotel where there is reception after certain hour and also on Sunday. I was little but worry at the beginning but everything works out fine.

Also, all doors are alarmed (if left open or if opened without the electronic key) and a viseo surveillance system keeps a 24hrs eye on the property. Hope to have you back with us. It made our stay in Firenze perfect. The room is spacious, clean and having kitchen with almost everything we need to cook. The staff was very kind, helpful and responded immediately when we have contacted. We will definitely stay here if we come to Firenze again.

The apartment is nice. There is no 24hour reception. It is central to most things. There is no onsite parking and it costs 25 Euros per nite.

On site parking in the city center are very very unusual, but the parking spot is 10 m away from us, almost and on site parking :-). 25/day is a very good rate for Florence where parking spots start from 35/day. Parking rates are advertised on this website, so that you know them in advance and you can decide whether to stay in the city center or outside, where parking lots are cheaper (from 20/day). As advertised, there's n o 24 hrs reception, but our staff is available 24 hrs on call or Whatsapp chat. We DO ALWAYS reply! Hope to have you with us next time you will be in Florence. Warm regards,

Property was nicely appointed, staff very helpful. Large aparment. Note: if having them do laundry they will not seperate whites and colors, you will need to do that yourself in two seperate bags. Also is in the ZTL/LTZ (GOOGLE IT!) as are most historical areas in Italy.

Great location & sooooo comfortable
It was a pleasure to stay 10 nights at Residence Hilda. The apartment was cleaned so well everyday and the apartment itself was lovely. Florence is relatively small and the location of the hotel was ideal to see the sights on foot. If we were to return to Florence, we would for sure do our best to stay again at Residence Hilda.

Fantastic experience from start to finish
We had a wonderful stay at Residence Hilda. The staff is awesome. Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful and professional. We mostly worked with Marzanna and Valentina, but Gabriel also helped us. They arranged guides, no line tickets (on short notice!), taxis, parking for our car, and gave us terrific restaurant recommendations. They also allowed us to check out a bit late (and stored our things) as we had an event in the afternoon in the city before leaving for the airport. The suite was spotlessly clean and furnished with everything one would expect at a high end hotel including robes, slippers and toiletry amenities. Plus, the air conditioning worked very well, which was important as it was more than 90 degrees while we were there. Also, the wifi worked perfectly. The location is fantastic. It is less than 5 min walk to the Duomo, a few minutes to the Accademia and also walking distance to the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, and many other churches and areas of town with great restaurants. All this, and the property is very quiet. It is on a small one way street that gets almost no traffic. Honestly, we have rarely had a property exceed our expectations like this. Thank you so much to everyone at Residence Hilda for making our stay in Florence so delightful, comfortable and easy!

This property was in a great location, very clean and we loved the layout of our deluxe suite. We traveled with our son and he used the pull out sofa in the living room. There was also a kitchenette and table with seating for four. The bathroom and main bedroom were spacious as well. This property had a lift. We could walk 12-15 min to the train station and the hotel will call a taxi or private car for you when needed. The front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. We definitely would stay there again. We also felt very safe walking around at night. The only downside was that our room was street side and noisy some evenings. We brought earplugs and loved the location so that didn’t bother us too much. The beds and pillows were pretty firm, and we like them softer, but overall Residence Hilda was a great place to stay for the week and we would stay again.

We booked our stay in the middle of a two week trip to Italy. By the time we got to Florence, the crowds, restaurant meals and dirty clothes were getting to us, so having a little place away from the noise was perfect. With a laundromat across the street and a grocery store on the next block, we were able to have a few simple meals at the apartment, get our clothes washed and recharge for the rest of the trip. Everything at Residence Hilda was great. The staff is wonderful, the the apartment was very sleek, efficient and tidy. My only request would be for more comfortable seating in the living room; there was only the pull-out couch.

One of best experience we had. Our hotel was near to everything, very clean, luxurious. You feel like a home. The hotel receptionist ( we don’t remember her name, sorry) was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped us choosing the right restaurants and the right ways to enjoy our stay. Thank you. The location could not be any better. As soon as you step outside, you're greeted by the duomo just in the distance. There is a market that pops up steps from the hotel doors and the staff gives excellent recommendations about where to eat/drink/eat the best gelato in the city. Rooms were clean and well maintained and we had WAY more room than we expected in our Jr Suite.

The mattresses are medium soft/hard to try to match with most of the Guest's preferences, but we have toppers that can be added for the comfort of all our Guests. Best trip decision
Booking into Residence Hilda was one of the best decisions we made when preparing for our stay in Florence. This small hotel was an oasis from the busy streets and our activities. The personal concierge service from Gisella and Marizanna we experienced was outstanding. The whole place was spotless. The rooms are very quiet and well appointed. We spent a little more than we usually do on accommodations- and it was truly worth every penny.

Great location - you see the Duomo from your doorstep and the Accademia is around the corner, which comes in handy to queue up first thing in the morning to beat the crowds. Very quiet at night, but there are several restaurants right near by - one of which will deliver room service!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to most attractions and found a lot of good restaurants nearby. We walked to most places and found the nightlife quite enjoyable too. There is also a supermarket nearby if you wish to cater yourself. Would go back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence Hilda. It was like having our own apartment in the heart of Florence. The location is perfect, especially for us as our daughter was studying at the university. It was very clean and stocked everyday with coffee and fresh linens.

Beyond outstanding.
Immense, elegant suites with every comfort, situated in a perfect location, central yet quiet. Immaculately clean. Professional, friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond what is necessary to make your stay comfortable. Design was a perfect blend of the classical proportions of the building with modern aesthetic. Will never stay anywhere else as and when I return to Florence. Only regret is that room can only accommodate two adults and an under 12. Would return sooner if an adult plus 16 and 14 girls could stay in same suite. Thank you.
