It was not a 5 star property. You had to buy pool towels. While it was described as being on the beach, you had to rent chairs for 20€ to be on the beach. The inclusive restaurants were mediocre at best. The bars had no ginger ale got more than a week. We had to go to local supermarket and purchase our own for use at the bar. There were no frozen cocktails.

The front desk service was outstanding friendly still very professional!!
Delfím and his team are very attentive and make sure the guests are always been taken care of.
Very clean and great walking distance from the beach.
