"I visited the same Hotel Last Year The Location is very good because you can travel around without having to go in and out of the Center of Sao Paulo which takes hours. A new company runs the Hotel now named TROLL They know how to manage Hotels."

"Falha no serviço de quarto. Éramos 3 hóspedes, mas, na segunda noite, havia apenas 2 toalhas de banho. Solicitei uma toalha e condicionador, pelo ramal da recepção. Passados 30 minutos, o pedido não havia sido atendido. Liguei novamente e o próprio funcionário, surpreso, exclamou “meu Deus!”. E disse que providenciaria imediatamente. Resolvi tomar banho e me enxuguei com a toalha de rosto. Daí a alguns minutos, finalmente, a toalha e o condicionador foram entregues, mas sem nenhum pedido de desculpas. "
