Spacious Cozy Villa in Sapanca with great Lake/Mountain View

Welcome to Sapanca - a recently renovated villa with big garden and full of fruit trees. Unique style, warmth and charm, this 130m2 property is spacious and open, with bright natural light, wooden interior, and a mix of rural house vibes with Sapanca Lake and Mountain view.

The price includes the entire house, and can host up to 3 people...

The house was made out of wood from pine trees, it is recently renovated with full of new furnitures. The bed is located in mezzanine which gives extra space to house and a unique sleeping experience. The bathroom has shower and bath-tub, with hand crafted river stone sink. It also has good looking terrace with a peaceful lake view and it can be instantly converted into a roofed balcony if weather is not ideal. Villa also has a cast iron fireplace for cozy evenings in front of the fire.

There is a quite spacious garden with hammocks and a swing, you can sleep on the hammock while listening to bird sounds and looking at a magnificent lake view from atop a mountain ...
10 min to the lake by car, 15 min to the center of Sapanca, Kartepe ski center is 25 min away.

If requested, homemade organic breakfast with produce from our garden, brought to your villa in the morning.

FYI: heating is with fireplace and electric space heater, so heating may be difficult if it is extremely cold outside.

Cozy mountain hideaway
We enjoyed the rustic charm of this mountain chalet as a romantic weekend getaway. Our puppy loved the snow and frolicking on the grounds of the property. Property manager went above and beyond by bringing us homecooked food and helping us navigate a slippery route when we departed during a snowstorm. If you are looking for cozy charm, this is the perfect place.
