The open, brightly lit, fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to tap into you culinary side. The kitchen features beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances and a roomy side-by-side refrigerator. The kitchen overlooks the dining room, which seats 6, and the formal living room, making it perfect for whipping up your favorite recipes while engaging with family and friends. This single story homes sleeps 6 comfortably.



Head out to the screened-in lanai and take a refreshing dip in your private pool, or a nice soak in your own spa. The large pool deck has plenty of seating and loungers for soaking up some of that famous Florida sunshine. Be sure to fire up the grill and take advantage of dining alfresco. The large, private, fenced yard is perfect for your furry friends and for some fun-filled family activities.



Extra perks include free WiFi, washer & dryer, beach equipment, and bicycles for riding on the nearby Legacy Trail.



This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. Pet must be disclosed and an additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.



7 night minimum requirement



Please Note: There is an additional fee(plus tax) to heat the pool and spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Our pools are cleaned on a weekly basis.

1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
