The staff were super friendly and helpful and all around lovely people. The room was large and very clean and everything worked well. Was well located and easy to get a rickshaw to the bus/train station. Breakfast was great too!

時々朝食が準備されなかったこと、ホテル側のお願いで結婚式があるから系列の別のホテルへ2晩移動するように言われたこと、元のホテルへ戻った際にグレードの下がった部屋へ案内されたことの3点はとても不満でした。 しかし、急遽別都市へ移動する際に電車のチケットを購入してくれたこと、友達40人ほどとBBQのために庭を使わせてもらう事など、キッチンの使用など柔軟に対応してくれたことはとても感謝しています。
