My late arrival was no problem, property has everything I need for short stay (room plus breakfast) didn't need the kitchen option this time. Just across from rail and bus stations, well lit area at night. As solo female traveller that's a priority. No time for the spa this visit but on previous visits I can recommend a soak in the jacuzzi to get rid of travelling aches.

Had pretty much no problems here. Helpful staff and more modern space + amenities. Good location too.

The hotel is located close to the train and bus stations and in a pleasant area near restaurants, bakeries, and shops. It is also walking distance to the city centre and the main sights in the city.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Every one of your staff were friendly and helpful. Our only minor disappointment was that the bacon in hot buffet was always very crispy, which is not how we like it. It looked like it had been kicking around for a while. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay with you.

Very welcome reception, Frederick was helpful and informative about all aspects of the hotel and the neighbourhood. The hotel is very basic though there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the bedroom. I would highly recommend adding a bar and a bathmat in the shower as the tub is very slippery and certainly for older or less agile folks it felt dangerous getting in and out and I slipped and banged my knee rather badly. Also to be noted is the shower itself which, while I applaud the conservation meaures, feels more like a gentle mist rather than something that gets you well rinsed. The room we had was rather dark and the windows don't open, there is only airconditioning which I'm sure would be welcome in summer but felt very claustrophic in October. There are rooms on three floors but no lift which again, is fine if you don't mind the stairs. I can't fault the location, very central and easy to walk virtually everywhere and steps away from the aiport bus which stops right at Jean Jaures. Hotel prices in Toulouse appear to be fairly expensive so be prepared to pay more for something on the average scale.
