Sa Domus perdias

Cozy apartment in the middle of the green, a small garden with box shower.
Equipped with 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with single bed. Living room with dining area and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including oven and gas stove. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The separate apartment on the ground floor has its own entrance, the landlord lives in 1. Upstairs. Closed parking in the yard.
Internet access, and two bicycles are available on request.

Holiday house is about 28km from Elmas airport, and 1km from the beach and you will also find everything you need in your area as well as supermarket, bars, restaurant and pizzeria.

In the city of Pula there are all services: post office, bank, supermarkets, bus stops, shops, bars and restaurants.
Pula is the starting point for mountain bike excursions of every level and degree, and there are always a number of events in Pula.
You can also visit the ancient ruins of Nora or the old church of Sant Efisio.

Of course, if you prefer to spend a midday in the water park, you can really get your money's worth in the BluFun.

Une location au top
Le logement était parfait, au calme. La climatisation a été un vrai plus. C'est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Bruno et Thérésa sont très accueillants et à l'écoute et ils parlent très bien français. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Alles war super, der Gastgeber hat uns sehr gastfreundlich gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Hof ist geräumig und gepflegt, die Küche ist neu, das Split-System funktioniert sehr gut. 13.09.2022

Ruhige Lage, Traumhafte Strände in der Umgebung
Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Fenster hatten Moskitonetze, was die Nächte noch entspannender gemacht hat. Für die Strände und Ausflüge benötigt man ein Auto. Das Vermieterpaar war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Verständigung ist auf deutsch möglich.

schönes Ferienwohnung mit Ausendusche
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft , unser Vermieter Bruno ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter der uns bei allen Fragen und wenn man Hilfe braucht immer zur Verfügung war. Sehr praktisch fanden wir die Hängematte die im Garten war, und die wir Tags und Nachts nutzten. Auch die Dusche im Garten ist super für uns gewesen , gut wäre noch gewesen wenn noch ein bis zwei Gartenliege zur Verfügung gewesen wären. Vielen Dank an Bruno und Gattin. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Bon appartement, pratique, hôtes accueillants
Bruno et son épouse sont très accueillants et parlent plusieurs langues dont parfaitement le français. L'appartement correspond à la description, la terrasse à l'ombre, la douche extérieure sont très pratiques. La ville de Pula est à env 2/3km de l'appartement. Une petite plage au port à seulement 2km de l'appartement qui ne fait pas parti des plus belles de Sardaigne mais permet d'aller se baigner rapidement sans faire beaucoup de km. Les plages de Chia sont très accessibles depuis l'appartement ( 30 à 40mn de trajet selon la plage choisie). Les plages de l'ouest restenet (costa rei par exemple) restent loin de Sarroch et il faut rouler mais c'est un peu le but quand on va en Sardaigne (chercher les plus belles plages :-) Ayant des enfants, cela aurait été plus pratique de ne pas reprendre la voiture pour sortir le soir manger une glace (5mn de voiture) mais le reste, vous pouvez y aller en fermant les yeux! Merci Bruno pour votre aide, conseils, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison très bien équipée et très bien située
Pour notre première découverte du sud de la Sardaigne, la maison est très bien située, elle est dans l’axe parfait entre l’est et l’ouest, et directement sur les plages magnifiques de Chia. La ville de Pula est bien animée le soir. Les propriétaires sont adorables, parlent parfaitement le français, et ils ont toujours été disponibles pour la moindre interrogation ou pour nous conseiller. La décoration est moderne et la maison est très bien équipée. Merci pour votre accueil, et à très bientôt j’espère !

Bruno et son épouse sont des hôtes très accueillants, serviables et sympathiques. La location est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. La douche à l'extérieur a été très appréciée. De très belles plages à proximité. Nous recommandons à 200%.

Super Urlaub bei sehr, sehr netten Menschen
Unser Urlaub bei Teresa und Bruno war sehr schön. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses haben wir als Stadtmenschen sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit Allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet. Lobenswert waren unter anderem die vielen Handtücher. Schön war auch, dass wir unser Auto auf dem Grundstück parken durften. Wir genossen den Ausblick aufs Grüne von der großen Terrasse sehr. Teresa und Bruno waren sehr, sehr nett und immer super hilfsbereit. Unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden sofort beantwortet und erfüllt. Wir hatten stets absolute Privatsphäre, aber wenn wir wollten auch ein nettes Gespräch. Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!! :-)

Unglaublich tolle Ferienwohnung und Gastfreundlichkeit!
