This modern vacation home is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Sassnitz. From here, you have easy access to the beach at Mukran/Prora, the Baltic Sea resorts, or island excursions, without having to drive through the entire city first. It’s about 800 meters to the city center and about 1.5 kilometers to the harbor. Everything is easily accessible by car or bicycle. City buses also run through town. In addition to the harbor with its long outer pier, sightseeing boats, fishing boats, and numerous restaurants, Sassnitz also offers a wide variety of shops and supermarkets. The house stands on a lot of approximately 490 square meters with parking spaces right next to the house as well as bicycle storage. The house features a terrace with patio furniture and a grill in the garden. Wi-Fi is available in the house.

The vacation home—“Achtsam mee(h)rverliebt”—offers space for a total of 8 people across 120 square meters of living space. There is a living room, three separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want. There is a large dining table with comfortable chairs. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed; the living room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 people. There is also a crib and a high chair.
