"My parents and I had a lovely stay at this property for my summer graduation. The view of the river was beautiful and the flat was very tidy and spacious. It was really handy to have one bedroom with an ensuite. Thank you to Junaid for leaving complementary cleaning/food products for us to use during our stay. "We felt unsafe and would suggest it would be a good idea to have an emergency number to phone. No staff about except check in when he changed the room from the number we were sent beforehand with the code, no explanation and we had to go next door looking for it ourself. From 3 am there were people running along the corridor, banging on doors and shouting. A woman was shouting followed by list of arguing and shouting from several quarters. When we were sure everyone had settled we crept out and left before 8 am. We noted the front door was not locked."
