8/10 Very Good! (561 reviews)

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,806 reviews)
The hotel is very nice, nice people and helpful, but, there is no water enough on showers, there is no frigobar in rooms and a/c is too noisy
Out of that, everything is good.

"The room was very outdated and different to what was offered online/App. Others and better rooms were available but they wanted to charge extra to access one of those…very disappointing the condition of the room we stayed at"
