Detached country house, in the middle of the mountains, in Auvergne

Located in the middle of the Auvergne mountains, this country house for 6 people will make you happy thanks to its fenced garden, its bright living room and its proximity to nature. Children are welcome, a chair and a cot are also provided.
Composed of 3 rooms, it is also equipped with all the necessary comfort for a family:
- 1 American kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave etc.
- 1 dining room for 6 people.
- 2 bedrooms (2 double beds and baby bed and 2 single beds and a BZ for 2 in the living room)
- 1 bathroom with shower.

Besides that, the house also has parking for one car, disabled access. Outside, a large terrace will allow you to take your meals in the sun or to enjoy your afternoons in the garden, thanks to several sun loungers.

Maison spacieuse, très agreable, très bien équipée, au calme et proche des sites touristiques remarquables. Superbe vue du jardin! Repos absolu garanti. Accueil chalereux par Sabine, disponible et bienveillante. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, courtois et arrangeant.

Jolie maison au calme en très bon état avec un extérieur magnifique et dépaysant, idéale pour quatre personnes. Appareils ménagers faciles d'utilisation. Bravo à Sabine pour l' entretien de cette location et sa disponibilité aux horaires départ/arrivée. Les volets non motorisés sont compliqués à fermer...Prévoir 19euros pour les draps d' un lit en 140/190, .. et 15euros pour un lit en 90/190..Prévoir deux chèques de caution (400euros et 40euros) Si dépassement de kw prévus, la différence est à règler...

très belles vacances

Gîte très agréable, confortable et fonctionnel. Parfaitement adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Situé au calme au fond d'une impasse, jolie vue et jardin de bonne taille. A proximité de nombreux sites de randonnées : lacs Pavin et Chambon, St Nectaire, Le mont Dore, le Sancy etc.... Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et conseillons ce gîte sans réserve.

Logement très propre, idéal pour une famille et pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Petit bémol pour la facturation supplémentaire pour l’électricité. Cela devrait être indiqué dans l’annonce dès le départ, même si cela reste très raisonnable.

Accueil sympa par la personne s'occupant de la location. Rien à dire sur la maison très fonctionnelle et située parfaitement dans une belle région pour les ballades et pour se reposer au calme. Un plus pour notre toutou qui a apprécié le jardin On a passé un super séjour ! Si on revient dans la région, pas de doute, on reviendra ici !

Logement très bien équipé

Il y a tout le confort nécessaire dans ce logement propre, neuf, et bien au calme. Pas de bruit aux alentours, mais le village ne dispose pas de commerces. Il faut prendre la voiture pour faire les courses. Le frigo était un peu bruyant, il faut le positionner pour que le bruit cesse ... provisoirement ... Mais sinon, très confortable et nous avons bien profité du jardin, de la terrasse et du barbecue. A conseiller si on cherche un coin tranquille, avec tout le confort et l'équipement mis à disposition.

Nous rentrons de 3 jours à Saurier et sommes ravis de ce gîte. Adeptes de l'échange de maison, nous avons trouvé une prestation équivalente, ce qui est rare dans les gîtes. Nous étions comme chez nous. La maison est très propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous sommes une famille de 5 et venions pour skier à Superbesse. Il n'a pas été facile de trouver une location pour seulement 3 nuits à cette saison, nous en remercions les propriétaires. L'accès à la station de ski est très facile en 25 minutes. Nous conseillons vivement ce gîte.

Village agréable idéalement situé au milieu des montagnes proche de Besse, Superbes ses, Saint Nectaire, le Mont Dore. La maison est très fonctionnelle, très lumineuse, cuisine plus que complète, rien ne manque. Maison tout confort presque comme chez soi.
