A slice of paradise in northern Tenerife. The highlight of this apartment? Enjoy breakfast with sea and Teide views from the upper terrace. The apartment has a private entrance and is located in a peaceful area, just 5 minutes by car from the sea. The nearest town, El Sauzal, is 5 minutes away, and Puerto de la Cruz is only 15 minutes by car. Here, you can enjoy the island’s tranquility without missing out on nearby amenities and attractions.



The accommodation is newly renovated in 2024 and offers:



- A spacious main bedroom with a double bed and the option to add a crib.

- A second bedroom with a single bed, making the home ideal for a family of four, but not for two couples, as there is only one double bed.

- A large, modern bathroom with a bidet.

- A kitchen equipped with many utensils and appliances, except for a dishwasher and oven.

- Two private outdoor areas, spacious and usable year-round thanks to the mild climate.



The first use of the washing machine is free; after that, it is available for an extra fee. Please take out the trash when leaving the property.



The interior decor is inspired by local art and crafts. Wooden details and furniture were designed by a local carpenter, and lighting installations use innovative artistic techniques. The paintings reflect an artistic tradition passed down through generations. The apartment follows a greenlife concept; all provided personal and household care products are zero-impact and handmade.
