Visiting SCAD student
Great location in relation to SCAD and restaurants, shopping, etc. Owner easy to communicate with and condo was very nice. Would stay there again in future!

Great location!
We parked the car about 7-8 minutes away walking and never need the car until we left at the end of the stay. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

Lovely Apartment in a great Location
My husband and I had a wonderful time on our visit to Savannah. This little place is just perfect for 2 (possibly 3) people. It is right in the center of things, and so convenient and walkable. It is safe, clean, and the windows even open to look down onto the street and get in fresh air. We will definitely book again.

Awesome location!
The apartment is in a great location next to City Market square and a 5 minute walk from River Street. The apartment was very nice and cozy with a full kitchen. The only negative thing was the bed. It was very soft and sagged in the middle. It was uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Beautiful Loft on Broughton
The property is in a great location. The loft itself is nicely decorated and was comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and very nice. However, there are a few areas that we felt could be spruced up a bit. A few other travelers noted that the bed was uncomfortable and that some of the furniture could use an update. I agree with this. The bed was not horrible, but it certainly was not the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. For a place of this caliber in a place like downtown Savannah, I'd expect that the mattress be a comfortable one. I'd suggest that the owner spends a few dollars to buy a new one. Overall I would not rate is horrible, just somewhat uncomfortable for us. Before deciding on the Soho Loft, I read that other travelers were very unhappy with the bed. We decided to take a chance on it anyway. After staying in the Soho Loft, I agree that some of the furniture needs some attention. The location is great. We walked everywhere and love the area. There is a lot of noise and it can definitely be heard inside the loft. However, I am of the mindset that we chose a loft in the city, located in the middle of downtown, so there is going to be some level of noise to deal with based on that. Overall it wasn't too bad, but if you are bothered by noise at night while you are sleeping this is not the place for you. We slept fairly well despite the noise. Again, overall the place is great and we would definitely go back. Thank you for providing such a great place to visit while in Savannah!!

Everything was ok, but it is very noisy location.Construction guys are working outside all night and homeless people are screaming +mattresses are not comfortable.

Property was as described. Clean. A lot of construction around the building which started early. Mattresses could be replaced but wasn’t bad. No on street parking but parking garage diagonal from condo was perfect! Condo was within walking distance to everything! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Not good if you like sleep
I’ll start with a compliment. The apartment itself was nice. Was clean. Comfortable bed. But definitely confusing to find if you go by the address... be sure to read instructions carefully about where you actually enter the building. Will save lots of frustration. There was construction all around the block which made everything a bit more confusing to navigate around. The street level entry door is supposed to be locked by lockbox. It was open. Very unnerving since the surrounding area doesn’t have the most secure feel. Apartment lock box was good but literally anyone could get it it he building. I alerted the property company about this the evening I arrived along with the kitchen light not working and did receive a quick response stating a property manager would come out the next day to look at both issues. No one ever came. The worst part, though, was the noise level from the street at night! The sound carried into my suite as if my windows had been wide open (they were closed) and various LOUD groups of people would be walking by yelling, singing, arguing, etc (I heard a little bit of everything) all through the night! I’m usually a sound sleeper but was in and out of sleep each night, waking up exhausted each morning! Since I was there for a seminar this was not ideal. I left early, forfeiting my last night as I could not spend another night like that. Very disappointing.

Not what we expected
The listing failed to mention the construction directly outside of the property. This construction started at 8am everyday. The furniture was completely uncomfortable. The bed was basically springs with a sheet over it and I won’t even get started with the leather couch and its pull out bed. The shower leaked and the bathroom sink had something stuck in the drain so it would fill up quickly. The reviews I saw about these problems are from months ago. I figured that’s something that would be fixed considering how much this place is booked and How much the company is making off of it.

Overall Great Location
The location of the property was perfect! The offsite parking was not ideal. We parked in the recommend Bryan Street parking garage and it was about a 10 minute walk. The only recommendations to make the stay even better would be a new shower head. Also, We could feel springs in the mattress which wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again if the recommend updates take place. The location was really the best part. We stayed during the week so it was quiet but can see how the weekend it may be loud with the location being so close to everything. The pool was also 30 minutes away but well worth the drive.

Great location, TERRIBLE BED!
We thoroughly enjoyed the location of the apartment as it is so close to everything! Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were visiting and the TV channel options were slim to none which was challenging when trying to entertain a three year old. The queen bed was awful....it has a huge dip in the middle and squeaky springs making it very uncomfortable and hard on our backs. The pullout bed was even worse. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch. We also has issues getting into the entrance. When I called Southern Belle the nice woman was very apologetic letting us know that the door unit is very old and when it gets cold, the code doesn't always work, I had to enter the code 20+ times before we were able to get into the building. It was cold all weekend, therefore we had issues every night getting back into the building. We love Savannah and visit every year so we will be back, however we will not be back here.

Only complaints are there was no actual suite number on check in information provided. We finally figured out the number by looking at pics of property. Volume control on living room tv remote did not work. Bed mattress quite broke down. Shower head not functioning properly. The location and property as a whole were a definite win and we would certainly stay there again on our next visit to Savannah.

Great location and beautiful condo!
We were thrilled with the location of this property! It was right in the heart of all the shopping, food, bars, and it was so close to the river walk. Having the kitchen was helpful even tho we did not eat in as much as we thought we would, with all the great restaurants so close. The interior was updated nicely and the bedroom was very cute. I had read an old review regarding the shower head working poorly and can say, it could definitely be replaced with a better working head. Even tho the bedroom was adorable and having a tv to watch in bed was great, the bed is very noisy. It squeaks any time you roll over and the headboard bangs against the wall. If the shower head were replaced and the bed upgraded to a more sturdy bed, we would definitely rent this condo again.

Great place
I stayed here sat to tuesday, it was perfect. I was able to do the night life and the street noise calmed down on Sunday to tuesday. The property faces the shopping street so not too much noise after dark. It was a cute apartment, and nice bathroom. Centrally located to shops and food. Yes, there is metered street parking but, we parked in a garage one block up. I will be returning to this property. Also, others complained about the bed. It was noisy if you roll around a lot or flip sides in your sleep. Very soft mattress and the couch pull out was nice too. I didn’t have any issues with the bed. But we all have different backs lol Hope this helps the next person. Also visit Savannah it’s wonderful!

Bed & Check In Issues
The apartment was nice in almost ever way but the bed. The fact that my girlfriend and I had to book a massage because of how cheap the mattress was is unacceptable! Sinking into a bed until the metal springs poke you does not lend itself to a pleasant night’s sleep. She literally said I feel like this bed is from a college dorm. When on vacation, most people look at their rental as just a place to sleep. If that is the case than this property failed!

Wonderful Place to Stay
I loved staying at this Southern Belle rental. The location was excellent! It is right by city market. You can easily walk around everywhere and take the free shuttles if needed. We kept our car in the Robinson parking garage. Like other reviewers said it is a bit loud at times from noises outside. Unless I were going out to party all night on the weekends I doubt I’d stay here because it was really loud on Friday night. The week days were perfectly fine. The shower head is a bit odd and the bed made noises every time I moved but that was easily solved by putting a pillow behind. Overall I still recommend this location and would come back...during the week. Thank you!

We left a day early because we had very little sleep for 2 days. The whole time you can hear people screaming, talking, and cars reving up their motors till 3:30 AM. The room was extremely nice with the exception of the shower. They need to change the shower head ASAP. The bed is very soft so either you will love or hate it. So, if you love to party all night this room is for you, if you love to go to bed at 10 or 11 keep looking for another room. The location is nice it is one block from the City market.
