Can't even provide two extra pillows. After knee surgery, I needed to elevate my knee. They gave me two towels - No extra pillows. Overall, the bed pillows were so bad it was very difficult to sleep.

I like ataying at Springhill Suites as I know exactly what the room(s) look like, how they will be cleaned and the breakfasts are very good. My one complaint us that every room is dark even with all the lights turned on.

My family and I, enjoyed our stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, but good. The area were breakfast was served is super small. However, overall the experience was great.

We arrived with a family of 5 only to find we were given a room with one bed after booking and paying for a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. We were told nothing could be done. To top it off, room was dirty- hair in the shower, etc. Definitely not like any other Marriott we have stayed previously. Will not be back and would never recommend.

Stay was nice the only disappointment was the hot tub didn’t heat at all and the pool was closed through the entire stay. Room was nice and cozy, very clean, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful!

We stayed at this hotel twice in the span of the last week. Both times our experience was pretty terrible. The hotel rooms were dirty, layers of dust on the furniture, bed sheets and floors full of hair, left over food in the refrigerator, leaky/non-functional toilets. To top it off - terribly understaffed. No housekeeping or maintenance team available to address any of these issues. We stayed here last year on our way to TN. All together rented 6 rooms and the property has dramatically depreciated. We will not be staying here again.

It was fine for a night
The people running the breakfast area were wonderful! Friendliest people on staff and helpful. The beds were actually the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel in many years. The hotel was nice but really could use a deep clean. TV worked on WiFi and the WiFi wasn’t great so we couldn’t watch it. We only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths in our room. I’m all for energy efficiency but I don’t want to find out I don’t have a clean towel when I’m getting out of the shower.

I was only there for a short time. Mainly to sleep and shower. But the staff was great to deal with. I was even able to talk about the Bruins with the gentleman on at night!

Hotel located close I-95 good night stay while traveling. Booking was for 3 room with 2 queen bed, but when reached rooms were not available, alternate king bed rooms provided. Make sure your valuables and cash are not left unattended, cannot trust cleaning staff.

Our check in was a bit bad. Checked in and went to our room. A few minutes later we could hear a key card accessing our room. They had programmed another traveler to access our room. They went and got new keys. However, when theirs were reprogrammed they wiped ours out so that ours no longer worked and we had to get ours reprogrammed. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Checked in to a prepaid double and initially told they only had a King room for the 4 of us. After a while a double was found. Staff brought us to a room that was not cleaned, bed un made, dirty bathroom and desk. Staff lightly cleaned room as this was the only room available. Left is with no key and no soap. At that point it was midnight and we just stayed and checked out next morning. Check in took about 45 minutes. Will not stay here again.

Just passing through for an overnight on our way from Florida to North Carolina. Room, bed were both clean and comfortable. Liked that the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash together in pump bottles. Location was perfect for jumping back on I-95 and hotel was right next door to Houlihan's where we met for dinner with friends who live locally. One thing about the breakfast though. They didn't have any packets of pepper. Salt packets galor available but no pepper. BIG oversight. I rarely use salt as most foods have enough already built in. But pepper is an essential. They need to rectify that.

I would give it two and a half out of five stars.
Although room was clean it is an older hotel. Toilet paper holder missing. No bottled water or complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was okay, no yogurt.
