Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt.

When we stayed here, the show drain did not work and the entire bathroom was flooded. The owner refused to give is a refund and it ruined our entire trip. There also is no staff after hours and nobody to contact for help.

My favourite hotel in Bologna. Location is fantastic and so central and the rooms are super quiet with super comfortable beds. Staff were super helpful with restaurant recommendations. Lovely breakfast also with some cook to order hot dishes.
