This hotel is a WOW!!!! Looks beautiful, is beautiful. Fabulous Victorian architecture. Weve never stayed before, and I booked due to seeing it has been refurbished, and the reviews are so good.
We booked a standard room, it was clean, fresh, quiet. Lots of complimentary extras in the room, which has far exceeded anywhere else we've stayed at. Breakfast fabulous. Would highly recommend . Fabulous!!!!

The need to have ID for every adult in the flat for "health and safety" reasons is ridiculous. The flat itself was very nice though.

Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp

A lovely stay in the penthouse with young children over a three night stay. Very effective communication and a remote replacement sorted for the main lounge tv within an hour, extremely pleased with the way the hosts were accommodating. Only downfall was the lift not working.

Lovely hotel, it was very quiet, given it was March but a 25 minute wait for someone to come and serve in the bar seemed excessive- just didn’t seem to have staff about the place. Beach view was great and room very big. Great location if you can find a spot to park your car.

It is an excellent location, beautiful sea view rooms overlooking south bay, close to local amenities, there is a lift to take you down to the seafront and back again, only cost £2.50, I recommend it for the view.
