Room and location great, however, the heating was stuck on a high setting and was only fixed later on during our second night of three. Would be great if the heating issue was sorted - sounds like others have had similar issues.

The check in staff is nice people good attentions, the hotel has too SMALL elevator, for the room service staff are nice people too … the amenities good quality, the room are little smaller to accommodate a couple because one bed side are laying to the wall

Very nice and friendly receptionist! Though the room was dated, the bed was so comfortable and the water had great pressure! Breakfast was also delicious. The wifi was very weak but the comfortable beds certainly made up for that. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
