Stayed here many times throughout the years. Always clean, beautiful updated hotel, larger than usual rooms, VERY CLEAN!! Breakfast buffet is always excellent. Kids love the pool. Lots of shopping nearby.

This was an amazing Hotel.Room clean staff friendly. Hot buffet breakfast was fantastic. Wish I could have stayed longer. This might be out weekend get away place.

Room 316. Shower stall accessible by wheelchair. Water leaks all over the place and plastic floor is extremely slippery. If you have mobility problems this is not the kind of shower for you. Dangerous.

The staff was welcoming and polite but the rooms had some issues. First, one of the beds had hair all in it and spots of what look like blood. We requested the bed be changed and they brought us fresh sheets, but didn't offer to change them. There was what appeared to be tooth paste smeared on bthe bathroom wall. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable. Overall, not the worst hotel but will avoid in the future.

Had upgrade to suite. Room was to be executive suite no tv in living area for 2 days. Elevators were dirty. No sati f r om mansger or staff behind counter. I ssked for half rate since no action taken for the tv. Was not a relax stay. Felt like managers shoukd do walk thru of rooms to endure all ameamenities are in place to rent out. Was not a happy visit. I am platinum member

We have stayed several times at this property and this time was less than perfect. Noisy, smell of marijuana in the elevators, checkin and out was pleasant. The girls at the front desk at checkin were wonderful!

Great value. The room and facilities were clean and updated. The on site dinning dining and bar were very convenient and the food offerings were varied and good. The breakfast (included) was better than most.
