"The worst service and attention ever! Nobody reached out to me to check in. There was no receptionist or no one no receive us. We tried callong a number in the entrance and nobody answered. Couldn't stay, had to book another hotel on the spot. They still charged me full stay."

The only issue is there is no place to wash the dishes (besides your own room) so you don’t know if the dishes that were put back are actually clean. "

The room was small for three adults. We had a lot of access issues with our room cards (at times they worked other times not during midday). The water park was way too crowded. We were told we would have to pay extra for the hotel’s pool access which seems ridiculous and is not made clear in the hotel’s advertisement....

The room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. Unfortunately there was also no air-conditioning and the air was really bad. Because it was hot we had to open the window. But as there were huge trees in front if the window we had a lot of mosquitoes that night.
