"Room was clean, bedsheets comfortable, the hotel provided clean bathroabs and slippers. Bathroom was clean and large. The breakfast was nice and well appreciated. Unfortunately I only stayed one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay several days! "

"This hotel is all about their spa services. We booked a room that offered us access to the thermal path. The large outside pool overlooks the mountains which is breathtaking. The many heated baths and saunas are very enjoyable. The main reason to stay here would be for those services. If you want something to eat other than what is offered at the hotel restaurant, you'll need to drive into Bormio. Parking is okay in that area. Most everything you might want to do will require you to drive to it."

"Enjoyed the room, staff. Dinner pasta really good. Breakfast was basic, but good. Amazing scenery out our door. Poor and gym are excellent relative to other places. Note: Few guests there during our stay."

"Positives-great location, convenient having a steakhouse, pizza place, and sports store all in the building, and some of the staff were great (julia and kimberley). Negatives-while breakfast was good it was the same thing every day, the single beds were terrible but that is all over europe, the hot tub was never hot enough and the staff made up about some excuse that the government polices the temperature (doubtful), 10 am checkout with no flexibility, and the steam room doesnt open until 3pm!! For $750/night they could afford to be a little more flexible and strive to please their guests. A steam room should be accessible in the morning and not have to wait until 330. Fairly ridiculous. Just dumb policies. "

"Very nice and convenient Hotel location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose to have breakfast included, which was a very extensive array of foods for everyone. The hostess was very accommodating with the seating and Tatiana was a great person to see each morning with her welcoming smile. It was great to be greeted by Tatiana! "
