"The villa was very clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed. Our host John was incredibly welcoming and communicative, and helped coordinate with cars and gate passes when our son arrived at the villa earlier than we did - thank you! Beach and amazing sunset views were right outside from the deck, and we saw dolphins jumping on our beach walks. Altogether a great stay!"

"We appreciate the listing accuracy! The host was in contact with us during the whole stay for anything that we needed. There was plenty of space and a lovely are surrounding the house. The separate sleeping sections were perfect for kids and parents. Hope to see about visiting again! "

"Came for a wedding in Seabrook and the location could not have been better. We walked to all of the events and had an incredible ocean view as well. Layout was great - beds were very comfy and since we were able to get amenity cards we could use the member facilities and restaurants. "

"The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were worse. There was just a sheet of cheap foam rubber on top of the mattress which made the bed so soft you could not turn over in it without great effort. There were no wash clothes in the linens. The furniture was beat up and worn so the entire experience was very disappointing to say the least. It appears there had not been much attention to upkeep on the entire unit."
