“We had a lovely stay in this cozy apartment across the street from the beach. Totally fine for grandparents and two grandkids. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The apartment is situated under another unit and so there was some noise from the neighbors but not a real problem.”

“We had a good time staying at this condo unit, however there were several things that we were disappointed with. The listing shows a clear unobstructive view of the ocean. Upon arrival we discovered that the palmetto trees block the ocean view, but you can see the ocean when sitting on the high table and chairs located on the balcony. The living room loveseat and sofa are very stained and dirty. The bathmats in all bathrooms need cleaning. We could never get the tv in the master to work. The……

“This was a great stay! The house was clean and cozy. My group loved the sunroom as we were there with some storms. The beach is a 5 min walk if that and we enjoyed walking to the restaurants and shops down the road about 15-20 mins. Great location and the host was super helpful and responsive!”

“Location was perfect for what we wanted to do!Photos were accurate and space was clean. Only suggestions would be a hook for outside door and blinds in one of the bedrooms as it was very bright and hair dryer in every bathroom as we traveled with all couples”

“Beds, comforters, and pillows, very comfy! Clean! I am super picky and grossed out easily when staying in rentals. I was happy here. This had clean cabinets and drawers. Needs a keurig. Don’t bring coffee filters. They have plenty. Bring ground coffee. Could use a little paint job and new bathroom door hardware but that’s minor. Cabinets are old/ original but clean inside them. “The house was clean and mostly as described. The weather was really hot so we enjoyed the air conditioner. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciate the relaxed feeling of the unit. We really loved the screened back porch and the Crows nest or top deck were especially enjoyed at night. We spent a lot of family time and watching the stars. On the down side the ping pong table was not usable and the kitchen needed attention. I bought a skillet to use during our trip because the coating……
