Pros:- location : approx 3 min walk to beach (8th street has stairs), 9th street does not but further walk - ample parking on site - plenty of space inside - stocked with essentials including many not listed items online (keurig, beach & shower towels, toiletries, baby essentials & beach essentials) - great outdoor space for families (firepit, playground, covered seating & outdoor shower with additional hose)- upstairs guest room had……

“This place was so charming. Our host checked in by text before arrival and part way through our stay to see if we needed anything. The bikes were so much fun. There were 2 provided on property. A must have on Folly. It was easy to get around the island and fun to explore while riding. We also rented a Golf Cart which made the whole island experience even better. The hot tube was clean and perfect for our windy sunsets. The pickle ball courts down the road were within walking distance but……

“Overall we had a great stay. The heated pool and spa, along with the putting green, were by far our favorite highlight. The proximity to the beach was also a huge plus. The bedroom arrangements worked out great for two families with 5 kids all together. The dining table was great to fit everyone too. It was nice to have games available for use. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook basic meals. The living room furniture was a bit small given the number of people the house can sleep. It would be……
