We checked in at reception when we arrived, to let them know we were there early and asked if there was any chance we could at least park at the cabin, so we didn't have to carry our provisions into the park. The girl that that was serving us, thought it would be ok, but the other girl over rode her and said that they would prefer us not to do that. They would contact me by sms to advise when the cabin would be ready. By 2.40pm we hadn't heard anything so we went to the office to check. We were told that the cleaner had just started our cabin and we should come back at 3.00 or 3.05\. As they knew we were already there, couldnt they have arranged to clean our cabin earlier rather than making us wait until the advised time. We enjoyed watching the brush turkeys (8). The double bed was comfortable, and the shower was strong. The proximity to the beach and the holiday park's community area were fabulous. Our only issues were the lack of Wi-Fi in that part of the holiday park, and our cabin (#90) was not well-sealed. Seal Rocks is truly a magical little beach hideaway! The two person villa at Reflections was clean, comfortable and served perfectly as an overnight stop on our roadtrip. The ocean view from the front deck was spectacular at sunset. Reflections staff were very friendly and helpful. The cabin was a bit older and that's something people might not like. But for me it was awesome! Really reasonable price and a perfect spot. Had aircon that wasn't mentioned on Expedia and was nice and warm in there. Awesome flow and hot shower and a very comfy bed too! Very helpful staff. I was late checking in and rang ahead. They just left the key and info in a drop box and sent me the code. Nothing was too much hassle for them. We had a cabin with a view which enhanced the stay - a magical place. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Good park facilities. We stayed in a chalet the main bedroom was tiny it was a bit hard to get around the bed, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so you were trying to mop it up with the bath mat as the property had no mop.
