“Just stayed here last week very easy to find plenty parking. Check in straight forward the young man very friendly. Some minor faults with rooms. We had 2 rooms . Both kettles in rooms had bad limescale so never used them .the teabags looked like they had just been thrown in a pile on the dresser Bathroom towel instead of being white had a massive blue stain on .bed sheet was dirty. .you could hear the traffic outside but to be expected as on main road. I think for value for money……

“The accommodation is a small studio flat which was well furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately, when the windows opened the road noise is too great to leave open and the room very warm so for me, not comfortable due to being too hot and poor quality sleep. There is a fan but only blowing around warm air so not great. Breakfast was okay but some food not that fresh, some of the rolls were from the previous day and a bit hard and some food put out for the 6am opening and still there an hour or……

“I think the hotel is pretty,i like the rustic feel and furniture of the lounge/restaurant area. However the bedroom and bathroom can do with a modern , colourful,light and airy renovation. The bathroom is outdated ,I think they can update this. The staff can improve by being a bit more welcoming,friendly and warm. Sadly in my room,m was on the ground floor and I was able to hear everything happening upstairs, n on the main corridor,so it was rather hard to sleep. so the place needs thicker……

“The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast choice and quality is excellent. I noticed they also offer packed lunches to hikers. Rooms are air conditioned ( although the casing made a cracking sound through the night) Its dog friendly but we did not bring ours due to an error by expedia. "The room was very clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and the bed was large and comfortable. The room had air conditioning, and the hotel is dog-friendly. Overnight charging was available for £15, and my car was fully charged by the morning. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything and would definitely stay here again."
