Welcome to your perfect Alki retreat! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath single level bungalow is ideally located less than two blocks from famous Alki Beach. Enjoy stunning Seattle skyline views, beach bonfires, and fantastic local eateries just a short stroll away. For active guests, pickleball and tennis courts are also just two blocks nearby.
This single-level home offers a cozy, well-equipped space perfect for families and friends, featuring:
Convenience: Two dedicated off-street parking spots.
Outdoor Fun: Secure, pet-friendly front and back yards with a BBQ and gas fire pit.
Comfortable Sleeping:
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with ample storage.
Second Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed.
Relaxation: Living room with plenty of seating and a 55" HD TV for streaming your favorite apps. Unplug and enjoy a board game or working on a puzzle.
Work-Friendly: Dedicated workstation with a standing desk, keyboard, and monitor.

For your comfort and our operational needs, please note that the basement, any closets marked 'Private', and the narrow side yard to the right are reserved for owner use and storage and are not accessible to guests. Enjoy making the rest of this Alki home yours during your stay!

Accessibility: There are 8 steps from the street up to the front entrance. In the back of the Bungalow there are 2 steps from the kitchen to the laundry area and one last step from the back door down to the backyard patio.
TV: Note that this is a streaming TV only (no cable). Hulu is included and allows guests to access their favorite streaming apps as well as local TV channels. Guests will login to their own streaming apps.
