Quiet location in a beautiful setting. Very comfortable room and lovely warm salt water swimming pool. Breakfast great and Connie is a wonderful host. Ask her to play the guitar and have a sing-song together!!

Awesome and strategically located.
Very nice place located nearby Bell Rock and plenty of trails at a walkable distance. Very cozy room with nice view to the surrounding red rocks. Staff was very friendly and courteous, especially Nicole. Breakfast was included with a cooked menu every day and some variations included. Will certainly stay again!

Beautiful Inn in a spectacular location
Beautiful inn and absolutely gorgeous location. The innkeepers were also very thoughtful and kind, and went out of their way to make sure that we were having a good stay. Scrumptious breakfasts and homemade cookies and other treats were available for us all day. We will definitely come again…

This place was fantastic! From the clean and comfy sheets to the spectacular property. The home was so elegantly decorated and the fresh made to order breakfast was one of the best on our trips. We laid in the back yard on loungers, drank some wine and looked at the beautiful stars at night! We will definitely be returning.

Incredible views and great breakfast
An amazing place with wonderful staff. The views are incredible, and there are walking trails right behind the bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very good.

Beautiful bed and breakfast
From the moment you arrive you are blown away by the hospitality. The welcome I great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful at check in. The rooms are beautiful and everything was in great condition. The views from the room and dining area were incredible, the photos don’t do it justice. Would definitely stay again.

This property has an unobstructed view of several red rocks including Bell Rock. It feels as if you are practically at the base of some of these, with trailheads a short walk away. The resort has everything you need to relax and enjoy the scenic views. Breakfast is unique, with daily chef specials that are unbelievable.

The Worst Breakfast ever :( Great location! and a nice house! Changed ownership and not the same service anymore. We paid over $450 per night and the worst breakfast experienced :( Frozen defrosted fruits for the breakfast? So disappointed.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please accept my sincere apology for finding the fruits "frozen and defrosted", I can understand your frustration. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience. We were intrigued by your poor experience and investigated this because we proudly serve fresh fruits only, in addition to all breakfast made from scratch. We do refrigerate the fresh fruits that are delivered biweekly at 36 degrees F to prevent spoilage and as required by local ordinances. Perhaps the fruits had not warmed up to room temperature after bringing them out and cutting up for serving. We truly thank you for your critique and have changed our process of serving them. Beautiful view and beautiful on sight private garden with small birds and rabbits playing outside the garden walls. Nice pool. Great breakfast and afternoon snack tray. Very peaceful with walking trails right outside the door. Had a wonderful art and crafts fair just across the street Was away from the busy commercialized sections found in the other area of Sedona. Staff was great and very nice. Room had good quality finish and furniture with little items you don't always find like robes, facial cotton swabs and Q tips.

Canyon Villa BnB is located off the beaten path about 15 minutes from central Sedona district. It is an older property so if you’re looking for something brand new—this isn’t it. The condition of the property needs updating. The rooms need complete makeovers. You feel like you’re at grandma’s house for the weekend. With that said the views of Bell Rock are amazing. The pool area is nice. The staff really cares about you’re stay there. The breakfast is really good. Fran does a great job with answering questions about the area.

We loved everything about Canyon Villa! Outstanding location, service and facilities with million dollar views. Walk out the door and start hiking or access local restaurants and golf. Highly recommended!

This was probably the best B&B we have ever visited. The owner, his staff, and even our fellow guests made us feel like "family" during our six night stay. The offered great tips for sightseeing, hiking, and dining. Each morning, breakfast was a new delight. Special bonus...a great hiking trail was just 100 yards away from their front door.

A beautiful place to stay and get spoilt with all the lovely personal touches such as a delicious afternoon tea each day and fresh ice water in the rooms. Parking is easy, Bell Rock trail starts less than 5 minutes walk away, and lots of restaurants a short drive away.
