Beautiful, spacious, and secluded (but close)!
We had 13 in this house, with zero issues on bedding. The house is amazing!!!! It's large, with amazing views and outside areas, as well as the space inside. The only potential issue I have is it says it's 3 bathroom, but it's really a 2.5 (only two showers). We made it work no issue though. Otherwise....zero complaints of any kind. Clean, safe (once you get there), and extraordinary. The drive up can be a bit daunting for those uncomfortable with narrow and winding roads, but I was in a large suv and had no issues at all. It could be interesting if there were any winter precipitation on the ground, but it's fully paved all the way to the house, with other equally amazing homes along the way. 100% would recommend and stay at again.

Great stay in Sedona. Used the house as a “base camp” for excursions and activities (Sedona, Grand Canyon, antelope canyon). Great location. House was perfect for our family and friends.

Beautiful Home and wonderful hosts!
My family and I stayed here for my wedding weekend— the house was gorgeous and clean. The beautiful stair case with an open concept balcony, large master suite and large bathtub was wonderful for getting ready photos. Would recommend to anyone looking for a picturesque space with any and all amenities you could need. I would ensure you are driving a car that does well on back rounds because the road leading up to the home is quite rocky / filled with potholes—however the views from the back yard and the trail access well made up for it! I was also granted an early check in! 5 stars!

Amazing place!
This property was amazing! My friends and I were in Sedona on a mountain biking trip, and this place was in the perfect location for us. Ten minutes to all the trailheads and other sites and restaurants. The home itself was beautiful, and the view was spectacular. All of the rooms were perfect, and the garage was exactly what we needed to store our bikes. We did have an issue with the plumbing during our stay, but the management company and the owner were great about communicating with me, and in the end, everything worked out. I'd definitely look to stay here if I'm ever in town again!

Girls Weekend
This was a beautiful home! The views from every room was outstanding. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space to hang around. We had a few issues (fire pit broken, kitchen fire place not working, and no WIFI). All of this was resolved within two days (stayed 4). Oscar, the property handyman, came to fix the inside fireplace. He was also kind enough to drop off a new fire pit and a mobile hotspot so we had a little bit of internet connection. If you are not used to a steep narrow roads, this may not be the house for you. It is on the side of a cliff (what gives you those beautiful views - especially the stars at night) but it can be very tricky so take your time. We had a great time and would recommend this home

Be prepared
This is a spacious property. Experience with property manager was good. However, I am hoping my review will provide future guests with information to be prepared to make the best of their stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the next door neighbor’s two VERY loud barking dogs. The kitchen is massive and is a cook’s dream. However, we found it slightly dirty and there was trash left in the bin. Had to take it out as we were getting settled in.. There is also a nice fireplace in the kitchen/dining room area but it was not operational. Would have been nice in chilly November. Also, be prepared for no Keurig if coffee made in a Keurig is what you’re used to. A few random items of note: Shower handle in master bathroom broken Coat hooks in bedroom broken Outside fire pit not working Toilet in half bath not fully functional. This was a bit problematic but we endured since only staying for a couple of days. Finally, as mentioned, be prepared for a very narrow and steep drive down to the property. It can be challenging for anyone who is not comfortable with extreme steep and narrow roads. This is especially true when driving during night hours. There are also lots of stairs in the home. It was comfortable. It was fairly quiet. It was an easy check in. Kitchen was very well equipped (minus a Keurig). The master bathtub is incredible. It was located far enough away from town yet close to get to needed locations. There was a welcome basket of snacks.

Very well appointed
Very good overall and lots of kitchen accessories and well thought out amenities. Nicely decorated for our Christmas stay. Only downside, the two trash cans were full and no gas for the firepit. We arrived late and would have enjoyed that. Very roomy and comfy.

Great value
Very good value for the price. Excellent layout of the house, but build quality was not great. Doors were drafty, the downstairs was very cold despite the upstairs being warm, sliding doors did not work very well, and a few other minor problems but again for the price it was really great. Wonderful location.

Gorgeous views from every room. Pleasantly surprised at the amount of seating both indoor and outdoors. My family gathered from around the country. We had 8 adults and 5 kids. So much room. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable, even the bunk bed. Went down to the rushing creek several times. A little challenging in places, but we’ll worth the climb.

A beautiful property in a beautiful location
The home was spacious and beautiful with comfortable sleeping for our party of 13. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely do it again. The road to the property is narrow and winds around and has lots of pot holes, so you just need to be careful driving to and from the property.

The house and views are beautiful. We had 12 adults who all had places to sleep. However, only having 2 showers was a bit of a problem, especially since one was in the master bedroom. We loved the large kitchen space and spent 99% of our time there. The barking dog next door made it hard to use the patio outside. Really lovely house! Tricky getting there but worth it.

Girls Get Away Weekend
This beautiful home sitting up on a hillside in gorgeous Sedona was the perfect setting for us eight girlfriends! We never left the home because of the surrounding views, accommodations and well appointed kitchen. There were snacks to greet us and plenty of games and space to hang out! We loved our stay and highly recommend this home.

The property was a little dicey to find the first time we arrived, as it is tucked back into the hills of Sedona. While surrounded by many homes, the exclusivity of the property was a definite draw. The dwelling was perfect for our group of 11 family members. We all had our own space as well as areas to all congregate. The home itself is wonderfully designed, however is tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint throughout, The outdoor area needs a landscape update, as vegetation is swallowing up the exterior. Great location to downtown area. We loved “star gazing” as the light pollution is minimal! The description mentioned a creek on the property, however due to the dry conditions in the area, the creek was non-existent. Only one in our group was able to traverse the dangerous surroundings to venture down the hillside. Given the few updates suggested in this review i would recommend the property.

This is a lovely home conveniently located to activities in Sedona and surrounding areas. The house was generally clean, but could use a little TLC (fridge filthy behind drawers, air conditioning unit in the bedrooms not working for our entire stay).

A great way to spend a Birthday!
It was beautiful! We really enjoyed the remoteness of this house and the views were amazing! It was great to get there and be able to hike down to the stream. The location to hiking trails was optimal for our group. If you are looking for a great place outside of Sedona that has beautiful views, is quiet, and close to hiking trails, I highly recommend this property.

Great location and views
Family stayed here for Thanksgiving and we loved it. The house is large and spaceous and clean. The location to Sedona and the great hiking trails and sights was perfect. The house is set on a hill overlooking the valley and oak Creek below. A fun little hike down to the creek is a bonus. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Everything was good at the house and plenty of room for a larger group. The house is not near the top so the views are just of the valley rather than the entire area but still very nice. You'll want 4 wheel drive if there is going to be snow/ice during your visit.

Wonderful, relaxing spot

Awesome location and very functional home.
The property is located in an amazing place and we had a great time exploring the hiking trail down to the creek. Overall the house is very nice and other than a few minor maintenance issue we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only drawbacks were it is very noisy in the house and if you are in the master bedroom you hear everything. Also the furniture in the - living room is not conducive for more than 6-7 people. All that said it would be on our list to revisit as the family really did love it.

Our stay was excellent, it was everything that we had hope it would be
We loved our stay at this property. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The entire family loved it! Check-in was very easy and from there it felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked also blankets and all the necessities were provided. The view is breathtaking and hiking down to the stream each day was just the highlight of our day. Gorgeous view
This home has gorgeous views from many angles. The back patio overlooks the hillside with Oak Creek below and is a very relaxing place to visit with family. The trail down to the creek is a little steep, however a nice part of the overall experience. House is well stocked, comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed our weekend!

Gorgeous and clean home with exceptional views!
Incredible luxury home that is definitely as beautiful as the photos. Large fully equipped kitchen. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. Home was very clean. The terrace at the back has expansive and breathtaking views. The colors in the sky at sunset were stunning. You cannot see the creek from the terrace but the hike down there is really fun. If you go a bit to the left when you get down there, you'll find a really large boulder that you can sit on in the middle of the river. It's very peaceful. There is only one neighbor close to the house but the properties are situated so that the home feels private. We appreciate privacy above all traits when we are on vacation and this home satisfied that criteria. With this home, you are a very short drive to the popular Cathedral Rock. You are also close to town so you'll have access to all the restaurants and shops without having to be located directly inside the busy tourist areas. The drive to the home will require you to go up and down a mountainous terrain. We stayed here in mid May so the weather was perfect and we did not have any snow or heavy rains to deal with. Our SUV does not have 4-wheel drive and we managed the slightly steep driveway just fine. The property managers are A+. The service we received was top notch. Fast replies to our inquiries. We had to call with a question only one time during our stay but Matthew picked up right away; we did not have to wait on a call back. Really great experience here. Would stay again if we ever come back to Sedona. Restaurants: We weren't very impressed with the restaurants we ate at in Sedona but The Hudson was decent with great service from Tony. Enjoyed the flat breads, cocktails and peanut butter dessert. Mariposa is well loved and respected. It has to be one of the most beautiful and luxury restaurants we have ever eaten at. The food was enjoyable but extremely expensive for what we ordered. Ex: $10 for a little cup of mac-and-cheese, $30 for a piece of free range chicken. We tried to eat at the VERY popular Elote but the Yelp reviews are serious about the line and the wait. We showed up 10 mins before opening on a Tuesday and the line was huge. Showed up 30 mins before opening on Friday and it was even longer. Skip El Rincon in town. Subpar pricey tourist trap.
