The only problem I had was there was no restaurant when I arrived and for another day- you had to drive around 20 min to get supples… I had no idea - I’m sure it’s on the site but people should be aware that it takes 20 min to get to town!

We were more than pleased with our stay at Junipine Resort! The setting in Oak Creek Canyon is gorgeous, & the creek running along the back of the property is lovely to hear, especially if your room is located on that side. The surrounding grounds are picturesque & well-maintained, with outdoor grills available for use. The Western furnishings in the #7 unit are awesome, & everything was very clean. Gwen in reception is kind, & was a great help in answering our questions. Also the little “store” in the reception area was well stocked, which was fortuitous since the restaurant on property was closed the three days we were at the resort. We heartily recommend Indian Gardens restaurant a short drive away for good food, nice vibes, great staff, & a delightful outdoor seating area. Note: Indian Gardens closes at 4 p.m. daily. They also have a few groceries, wine/beer & souvenirs for sale. There are many hiking/walking trails nearby. However, arriving EARLY at the trailhead is a must if a parking place is needed. The only suggestions we had for improvement at Junipine were more & brighter lighting in our unit, & some instructions for the TV remote in the living room. Due to our age, we are somewhat tech-challenged, but we never did “crack” this particular remote! Overall, the resort is enchanting, & we would definitely book again if lucky enough to be in Sedona.

The location of the property on oak creek was beautiful. The condo though has the potential to be really nice, but it lacks upkeep. The bathroom was tiny and outdated, the tub had cracks around it, the door was falling apart. The place was also what I would call “picked up,” but not clean. Floors and furniture were dusty, cobwebs on the ceiling, fireplace and patio furniture, the couch pillows and bathroom floor had someone else’s hair all over it, bedroom tv was not hooked up - we had to figure out how to fix it. The place needs some TLC.

We couldnt be any happier with our stay at Junepine Resort. Safe, clean, breathtakingly beautiful. Worth every single penny! Wonderful staff, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. This is our second time here and we'll definitely be back for a third time! The only down-side to our trip was the on-site restaurant. The young waiter didn't take care of our table at all and the rediculously limited dinner menu was atrociously overpriced and was nothing to write home about. The drinks were tasty and strong, but only a "limited" bar. Dont waste your time... go into town and have dinner, then come back and soak in all the Glorious scenery and peaceful vibe. I'm refreshed and new again! Other than the restaurant this was a fantastic trip! 9 out of 10 stars 🌟 🤩 ♥️ Thank you Junepine Resort! We'll be back!

we stayed in a 2 bedroom resort with forest view. It was spacious and clean, and parking was close to the unit. It was very quiet and we all felt well rested after the nights sleep.

This is a lovely place to stay in the canyon on the way to Sedona. It’s convenient enough in getting to/from Sedona as long as you have a car. The units are individually owned, so I’m pretty sure all the units are different. I feel like my rating for the unit we rented for a few days is more reflected towards the management property & not the owners control. I work in the Hospitality Industry & feel if the property had an excellent room/unit inspection after the units are cleaned/turned over, a lot of what I noticed would have not been overlooked. Our unit we rented was clean & tidy, and we liked the layout. It is a quiet property & we really enjoyed being by the oak creek/river.

We loved our stay at Junipine. Downtown Sedona is crazy during peak seasons so a quick drive up the canyon to Junipine is a great way to avoid the crowds. The creek home was so spacious and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

The condo was very nice, clean and large enough for 5 people. One complaint is the kitchen is not well stocked . We like to cook some of our meals in the room but many things not available in kitchen (they only had several plates, basic pots and pans a few coffees cups and some utensils. Also the coffee maker was just a single serve k-cup type ( there was a Mr. coffee machine but no glass decanter). Also found moldy bread in the cabinet when we first checked in.

This property is up the hill from town (10-15min) in a lovely wooded area nestled between mountains. The restaurant on site closes at 8pm so if you are arriving late in the day, eat beforehand.

Sadly it was a huge disappointment. The carpeting is filthy and smells. I can’t imagine them even thinking it is ok to let people stay here. The bedroom smelled like smoke so bad from the living room wood burning fireplace that we had to sleep with the door open in 28 degrees. Presumably from poor ventilation.

Comfortable quiet creekside property away from the hectic crowds and perfect place to relax near the creek with a glass of wine soaking in the hot tub looking out into the forest from the back deck…unit is spacious clean and stocked with wood to start your own fire in living room and master…loved the experience will come back someday and stay longer

Beautiful setting. Up Oak Creek Canyon, about 15” from town. We loved being away from the busy tourist area and in the canyon forest. We easily drove into town for dinner after enjoying a delicious lunch at the resort restaurant.

While the accommodations were nice, the dining was absolutely horrible. "The Table" at the junipine resort was a waste of time and money. They only had two of the main dishes available and even those werent cooked properly. The margaritas tasted horrible. The staff at the restaurant were not attentive, you could hear the people in the kitchen arguing. The food tasted as if was frozen and not fresh. I ordered the grass fed beef dish, and the cut of beef i received was a sirloin strip that sinew in it. My wife ordered the sea bass dish and instead of sea bass recieved grouper that was raw with beans that were not cooked thoroughly. Total bill was over 150.00 for just the two of us and i was extremely disappointed and we will never go back to this restaurant again.
