The putting green was not maintained and given that was the only amenity other than the pools and hot tubs, it was disappointing. Other than that, the property was excellent.

Only issues I had with our stay is the tub was broken. It wouldn't hold water. Also there was food on the kitchen floor. I guess from the previous stay. Besides that everything was nice.

Stayed for 2 nights and was extremely happy with the resort.. Every staff member was so friendly and the property is very clean with plenty of parking. The units have everything you need, pools and jacuzzi's all over the resort, and the room was large and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would say is the bathroom shower could use update, but it was a very large bathroom so easy to move around with two people if needed. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a nice, quiet, clean resort located in a great spot on the West Side of Sedona.

We loved the location and the beautiful red mountains surrounding it. The unit was perfect for us. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

The location is great however the resort is dated and needs a refresh. The Sunset pool was nice however the hot tub jets are broken and need to be replaced. Overall a good location but definitely needs a major overhaul.

Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit is at a wonderful quiet location on one end of the Sedona strip. My husband and I stayed there for 5 days/4 nights. The condition of the hotel room seemed old and average. It didn’t match other Hilton vacation clubs we have stayed at. There was no housekeeping provided even though we were there for 5 days. It was their policy. However, per my request, one of house supervisor came to change sheets on the bed once during the stay. The staff was friendly. No restaurants on site either but that didn’t bother us as everything is really close in Sedona. I’d recommend stay in this hotel, however hope that they can make it a bit better in terms of service and luxury for people on vacation. The price is at par with other hiltons I have stayed at but the overall service wasn’t!

Amazing property, helpful staff. Rihanna was great at check-in. They send text messages to check up on you during your stay. When I said I needed towels they immediately provided them. I plan to visit Sedona again and absolutely plan to stay here. Great location close to everything in Sedona yet far enough that it was absolutely peaceful. My room had a great view of the Red Rocks even though i was on the bottom level.

We stayed at this amazing hotel during our stay in Sedona! We were greeted with a smile and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! There was a nice hike close by and many amenities! Everything we wanted to do was minutes away as well!

The Hilton Vacation Club was the perfect property for my family's spring break. There were several pools and hot tubs to enjoy and stunning views of the surrounding red rocks from our balcony. My kids enjoyed the on premise activities (i.e. ping pong, foosball, painting/crafts, etc.) and the fitness room had everything I need. Our king bed suite had plenty of room and the kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast and lunch (we chose to eat out for dinner). The property was just a short drive to downtown Sedona and very close to several hikes.
