The PERFECT weekend getaway!!
I was going to take my husband to Ambiente for his birthday weekend, but found this place at the last minute and Kate assured me it would not disappoint. She was right!! Every detail was carefully thought out and made perfect. It was private, beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious. Kate and Tom really cared about us and our experience and we had NO complaints. I would stay here again and send all of my friends here as well. Thank you so much for a beautiful memorable weekend!

Perfect combination
First, I want to start off by saying that the hosts are two amazing people, will take care of anything! The casita is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, you’re just farther enough away from town that you feel private, but close enough to access everything quickly. The casita is well stocked, we cooked several meals. The hot tub is very well maintained. Perfect combination of luxury and privacy. I can’t say enough about this place!

Amazing stay
Everything was incredible! Kate was such a kind host (Tom was sick so we never got to interact with him). Everything was so well thought out and beautiful. We came for our honeymoon and wouldn’t change a thing. PS - the views are wonderful too!

Casita of the Sun!
My husband & I celebrated our 30th Anniversary at Sun Cliff Sedona. Right at the gate, it was breath-giving. The property is even better than described, upon reading all the details cannot surmount the actuality is being present at Sun Cliff. The owners, Kate and Tom, are very accessible, communication was clear and informative. Sedona is a special place for certain....but even more spectacular is staying at Sun Cliff! The only regret I had, is not staying longer! Mahalo!

A Fantastic Get-away!!
Tom and Kate are AWESOME people who are very willing to help with anything you need...as well as their son who was VERY nice in helping us with info on trail riding! The inside of the Casita is cozy, clean and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outside of the Casita is breathtaking!! So many cozy places to relax and lose yourself in the beauty that surrounds the Casita...AMAZING VIEWS!!! Thank you Tom and Kate for sharing your BEAUTIFUL place with us...we definitely will be back!!

Better than a 5* resort...
The views are spectacular and even better than the pictures. The house is flawless - well designed and appointed and all very modern conveniences while preserving and honoring local and native heritage. The owners are delightful and went out of their way to ensure the stay was perfect. I could not recommend more.

Spoiled in serene perfection
SunCliff is everything and more… I actually got tears in my eyes walking in for the first time and seeing the beautiful casita and stunning views. Kate and Tom are super friendly, inviting and helpful and shared a wealth of history. Kate shared info about a farmers market where we were able to stock up on food for the week, and great restaurant recommendations. The view is beyond words… from bed, the hot tub, the super comfy patio chairs by the firepit, and the soaking tub…. We soaked in all that Suncliff had to offer, enjoyed cooking our meals, walks on the ranch, and coming home from long days exploring Sedona to refilled snacks, spring water, and savored a class of wine from the bottle we received at check-in (they also provided a bottle of sparkling cider for my husband who does not drink). The vacation was a splurge for us and it was 100% worth it… We were spoiled in serene perfection and hope to return again.

This is the perfect romantic get-a-way for 2! We were able to relay our preference for drinks and snacks ahead of time, as well as our favorite wine. All of which was stocked and replenished daily. Can't wait to go back!

Last Minute Honeymoon
We had to last minute change our honeymoon plans due to hurricane Ian, and we could not be more thrilled to have found Tom and Kates property. The drive to the casita is absolutely breathtaking but it is nothing compared to the view you get on a daily basis while staying there. Anywhere you stand on the property you are looking at gorgeous red rocks. The casita is also kept SO clean and so private. This was the most perfect place for a honeymoon and is an incredible place for a getaway for two. Tom and Kate were also so amazing. We could call or text them at any point with questions or opinions on where to go/what to check out and they gave amazing recommendations. We really were so impressed with the casita, the location, and Tom and Kate!!! If you are considering booking a stay, absolutely do it!!!!
