The Happy Eagle is a 1000 s.f. studio featuring custom woodwork and cabinets and stunning views out 8’x6’ windows. King bedroom set, hardwood floors throughout, hydronic heat, full kitchen, shower/tub, bed sofa (full size), recliner sofa, dining set for four, water cooler, dishwasher and disposal, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. The king bed has a Sleep Master mattress and soft 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. The bathroom has large plush towels and spa quality soap amenities by Soap Box. The kitchen features full-size appliances, gas range and convection oven, microwave oven with outside vent, touchless faucet, extra large sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, 32c.f. refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, 14 piece pot/pan set, mixing bowls, Mikassa silverware, glasses, cups, cooking utensils, baking sheets and more.

1. There is only a curtain hung for the bathroom- the door is being made;
2. Furniture is late being delivered, the space is short on tables; so there will be folding tables supplied until the furniture arrives.

Our nearest neighbor are bald eagles and sea otters. The next closest is across the river. It's very rural, quiet, and dark at night
Access is off highway 112, and parking is right in front of the cabin. There is room for a boat trailer and 2 vehicles.
This is a studio setup where the bedroom has 3 walls. There is quality woodwork throughout, power blinds, wifi, smart TV, touchless kitchen faucet, fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop and convection oven, and quality cookware and utensils. The best part is the 8'x6' windows overlooking the ocean. It has radiant floor heat under wood planks. The high temperatures in the summer are 70-75 degrees F, so air conditioning is unnecessary.
This is an 8 acre lot with a wide driveway and lots of space to park boat trailers and RVs.
