Perfect location for travellers wanting beach access in minutes. Sight seeing bus stop around the corner. Supermarket very close. Housekeeper was excellent. Advise travellers to check the room type and amenity. We paid for a kitchen: freezer door missing, no tea cups, no kettle, no toaster!!!! Maintenance poor: blown light globe, broken trundle bed cover, shower drain cap missing. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Nice property. Check in was a disaster. Property was to email access codes 48-72 hours prior. Nothing. Rang them - no answer. Contacted via WhatsApp 7 times but found out they were an agency who told us they could not help. Left us with no access codes until multiple efforts managed to make contact. All sorted 3 hours before check in. Would stay again if maintenance and check in were improved.

Excellent location

Loved the hotel.Comfortable beds. Nice views. Parking is a challenge.Hotel has limited spaces and street parking is difficult due to competing with beach goers

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff—they are amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The biggest downside is the location. The hotel is quite far from the city center, which can be very inconvenient, especially if you plan on spending most of your time sightseeing and exploring the main attractions. Overall, the staff really made the experience a positive one, but I would definitely consider the distance from the city center when booking.
