신축 건물로 건물내 가장 넓은 평형이라 실내에 오래 머무는 경우에도 답답한 느낌이 없으며 세탁기, 건조기, 에어드레서, 식기세척기, 전자레인지, 냉장고 등 필요한 일체의 전자제품들이 빌트인되어 거주하기 매우 편리합니다.
그리고 내부구조는 복층형(Duplex) 구조로 되어 있고 복층부 면적이 매우 넓습니다.
